Ah Yah Ah

Ah Yah Ah- A new version to end prayer or a chant from the "The Christs Light Techniques. There are may endings for prayer, but I going with this one for now. As a little girl, I use to sang this song that only had the words of Yah, Yah, Yah, Yah, Yah. I would repeats those words over and over. I was not praying, but I was definitely singing that song as a child over and over and over again, Yah, Yah, Yah, Yah, Yah, Yah... Interesting how words of the past, find their way back into the presence of your life. Yah, Yah, Yah, Yah, Yah, okay enough of that already. Anyway, me and the Holy Spirit hung out today and we had a great time. I had a great time letting go and let myself be free in its Holy moment. We walk, prayed, visit a chapel and listen. Retreat can be found anywhere, if you have the eyes to see and the ears to hear. My vocation is the seed of prayer and the roots of its secrets. Without prayer nothing exists. Prayer is the essence of all being and the door to the host of Heaven. Another word that I want to add to prayer, is beauty. From the book " Letters to a young Catholic" by George Weigel. "That is grace at work- God's out-pouring of his super abundant life into the world and into our lives. Like Augustine, we burn for the embrace of the beauty that is always the same and always new, that burning, which God himself has built into us, is the beginning of every prayer."     Ah Yah Ah.
