Today, choose a item on your "to do list" and replace it with the word freedom. This means, that you no longer need to do it, because you have just free yourself from it. Experience that freedom, reflect on what it feels like. Journal the feelings that is stirring you on the inside. Ask yourself these questions:
Why did I replace this item on my list with freedom?
Why was that item on my list in the first place?
Do I have a list to choose from?
Did I first contemplate what was needed to be done?
Are the items on my list a normal routine in my life?
Do they effect my life in a special way?
What else on my list that I want to replace with freedom?
Am I replacing freedom with the items I don't need?
Okay, I am not going to blog you down with ideas. I think what is most important, is to make a list and let freedom be the first thing on your list. Then each time you write something down, you decide what is most important; freedom or the listed item. Regardless, what your choice is, enjoy the feeling of being free from your own obstacles and journal your experience. The more practice in freedom, the more chances of happiness. Enjoy
